How big are the portions sizes?
|

Each portion contains at least 8 servings. You can get a
lot more servings depending on the item ordered. The serving count is based on rice,
if you order stew or soup you would get a lot more servings. A serving is about
2 cups. Menu items are delivered in the half-size aluminum pan.

Wow, that's a lot of servings. I can't finish it in one
seating. What should I do?

Yeah that's the point. You get to keep the leftovers and
enjoy them all over again. You can also pack them for lunch. We will even provide
instructions for preserving and reheating.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?
|
|
About 24 hours before your delivery period (which you select
when you order) you will get an email confirming a 2 hour window. You need to be
present for delivery or arrange for someone else.
